We are reasonable people and want your experience with our products to be satisfying, so if there is an issue outside of our control we will remedy the situation to the best of our ability. We just ask that you provide an accurate shipping address and keep an eye out for your order so it does not sit on the porch in the heat for days.
We ship our chocolates Monday through Thursday via USPS 2 day. We package them in insulated boxes and iced gel packs during most of the year to prevent them from melting. Please provide a United States street address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If there is a suite number, apartment number, or building number, please include that on the order form. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong address or missing information.
We highly recommend that someone be home to accept the package or it is shipped to a workplace. If you are shipping to a warm climate and the recipient is not home, the chocolates will not be able to last another day of being on the delivery vehicle. Please note that all pricing is subject to change, depending on time of year as well as weight and location. We will always contact you to confirm before sending should shipping costs need adjusting.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition for refund.
We are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
